    • Providing the sales team with necessary tools, market information, and promotional activity support to help them achieve sales goals. This includes creating sales collateral, sales presentations, and sales training materials.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers through effective customer service, customer satisfaction surveys, customer loyalty programs, and other initiatives. Our aim is to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  5. Digital Marketing

    • Managing the company's online marketing activities, including social media marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and more. We leverage digital channels to reach and engage with our target audience effectively.
  6. Marketing Communications

    • Formulating and executing public relations strategies, event marketing, media relations management, and other activities to enhance brand awareness and image. We work closely with the PR team to ensure consistent messaging and positive brand representation.

    • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities to evaluate ROI (return on investment) and optimize future marketing strategies. We regularly report on marketing performance, providing insights to management for decision-making.
  8. Budget Management

    • Formulating and managing marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation and use of resources. We monitor expenses and ensure that marketing activities align with the company's financial goals.

  6. Coordinating marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and product launches.

  7. Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

  8. Collaborating with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns or PR activities.
