Precautions
When asking for leave, please let your manager knows.
Please make sure that you are ready for the work connection, including those before the leave and after the leave. Returning after a vacation usually takes more time to catch up. In order not to let the leave become a burden for your future work, you must plan your work in advance.
In principle, if the active leave is 1 day, you must apply at least 1 day in advance; if the active leave is 3 consecutive days, you must apply at least 1 week in advance; if the active leave is 7 consecutive days or more, you must apply at least half a month in advance.
For holiday types with holiday quota, the time for resetting the quota is January 1st of each year.
Your vacation should be necessary for you. The leave reason can be an emergency, or it can be your physical and mental adjustments. We do not advocate the work of over-drafting ourselves. If necessary, we have a sufficient holiday balance to allow you to rest well.
After separation from the team, it is necessary to resume communication with other team members. Hyletic welcomes you to share your thoughts and experiences during the leave to make the team atmosphere more harmonious.
Leave type
In Hyletic, leave can be divided into two types: the leave requested by employees and company-regulated holidays.
The leave requested by employees
Hyletic encourages employees to arrange their lives reasonably and advocate a more active and healthy lifestyle(WLB: work-life balance). Based on the remote office situation, we will not ask the applicant for the specific leave content, just indicate the type of leave on the form as a representation. The duration calculate standard on the form is in days, and you need to ensure the accuracy of the time when filling in. The form is located at OA Workbench -> Leave in Lark.
Personal Leave
It is suitable for applications for leave due to personal reasons under normal circumstances.
Rest adjustment
Suitable for adjustment of working hours. Need to state clearly when the adjusted working hours will be changed.
Sick leave
Suitable for application when medical treatment or cure is needed due to physical discomfort.
If due to an emergency, the treatment cycle cannot be determined and the leave duration exceeds 3 days, a certificate from the relevant medical institution must be issued and the company’s POG department staff should communicate the follow-up work arrangements. (If the applicant cannot directly participate in the communication, the emergency contact can handle it on behalf)
Annual leave (Only regular employees can apply)

The working time in Hyletic is less than one year, the number of annual leave days is 0;
The working time in Hyletic is greater than or equal to one year and less than 5 years, the number of annual leave days is 6;
The working time in Hyletic is greater than or equal to 5 years, the number of annual leave days is 10.
Marriage (Only regular employees can apply)

Maternity leave (Only regular female employees can apply)
When making an application, please pay attention to point 3 in the precautions.
Paternity leave (Only regular employees can apply)
When making an application, please pay attention to point 3 in the precautions.
Parental leave (Only regular employees can apply)
When making an application, please pay attention to point 3 in the precautions.
This holiday includes breastfeeding leave.
Periods (only female employees can apply)
Suitable for extreme physical discomfort caused by periods.
Funeral
When making an application, please pay attention to point 3 in the precautions.
Stay up late
It is similar to rest adjustment, but the valid duration of this holiday is shorter, which is only applicable to day-time leave applications, and the valid period is before the working hours in the afternoon.
Statutory holidays

company-regulated holidays
There is no fixed standard for company-regulated holidays. Generally, it is the internal holiday plan of Hyletic, subject to the announcement of the POG department.
