How to Become a Regular Employee

At Hyletic, regular employees have different employee ratings and salary management than interns, and they can also enjoy more vacation opportunities and policy benefits. If you agree with Hyletic's values, adapt to Hyletic's remote working environment and familiar with Hyletic's workflow, and are willing to work with other Hyletic members for a long time, we welcome you to join us and become a long-term partner in the journey.

Conditions that the applicant must meet

  1. The graduation year must be not more than 2 years. Example:

    4-year undergraduate student who applies for an internship in their junior year and meets the internship duration requirements can apply for being a regular employee. If he/she passes the assessment to get an offer, he/she can join in Hyletic after graduation;

    2.5-year graduate student who applies for an internship and meets the internship duration requirements during the first study period, can apply for being a regular employee. If he/she passes the assessment to get an offer, he/she can join in Hyletic after graduation;

    1-year graduate student who applies for an internship in the last year of undergraduate and meet the internship duration requirements, can apply for being a regular employee. If he/she passes the assessment to get an offer, he/she can join in Hyletic after graduation;

  2. Need to have a continuous internship experience in a certain position in Hyletic for at least three months or more.

The difference between the intention and the application

  1. Interns who are willing to become regular employees are advised to put forward their intention to the leader as soon as possible, that is, to show their leaders that they have this aspect.
  2. The intention will not start the official workflow, only when an application is filed will the assessment mechanism be officially launched.
  3. After the intention to become a regular member is known by the leader, the difficulty of the work during the internship will increase, and the workload will be closer to the work intensity of the full-time members. Therefore, the proposal of the intention to become a regular member can help the applicant to judge whether he/she has the qualifications to become a regular member earlier.
  4. The proposal of the intention to become a regular employee can help make more good impressions on the formal assessment process, but it will not affect the standard and fairness of the evaluation work results.

What should be included in the application

The application is a brief description of your desire to join in Hyletic. Therefore, the application should include your understanding of the status of Hyletic, the status of the project you handled, your role, the assessment of your performance by yourself, career planning, and other influences on your decision.

After becoming a regular employee, I am a Hyletic's career partner or just a normal employee?

You can indicate in what type of capacity you wish to join Hyletic in your application. The criteria of different types of capacity are different, and joining as a Hyletic's career partner is sometimes easier than as a normal employee. You can only choose one type of capacity when applying.

Process

  1. Putting forward your intention to become a regular employee to your leader (optional, within the first three months of the internship);

  2. Have a conversation with your leader;

  3. Before the end of the first week of the fourth month of the internship (within workdays), submit a written application to your leader. There are no restrictions on the format or number of words in the application form, but the following points are recommended:

    • Organize and summarize your current work in Hyletic
    • Self-evaluate your performance in Hyletic
    • Motivation and reasons for joining Hyletic
    • What kind of benefits can be brought to Hyletic after you joining
    • Future career plans

    The points mentioned above are for reference only. You can add other parts of the content according to your specific situation, requiring sincere feelings and detailed content;

  4. Send the written application to wolfie@Hyletic.com by email;

  5. If you have not put forward your intention to become regular before you submit the application, the leader will have a conversation with you within the second week of the fourth month;

  6. Starting from the second week of the fourth month, the company will launch a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for you;

  7. In the third week of the fourth month, you need to complete a test. The content of the test includes a basic understanding of the company and a basic examination of the job's business and skills;

  8. In the fourth week of the fourth month, after integrating all the results of the work, daily performance and others' evaluations, a final interview will be conducted for you;

  9. Hyletic will send the result to you by email on the weekend of the first week after the termination of the internship. If you accept the induction invitation, you need to go through the company's induction procedures again as a regular employee within the specified period according to the reminder of the email.
