Algorithm Onboarding​

This document describes the steps to take to get started with working in the Algorithm Group.

Noted that you need to give a presentation on Day 5 with other interns.

Time Limited​

4 days.

Description​

Given a dataset contains five categories. Every TXT file is a sample, and has a three-dimensional coordinate for each row. Please divide the training set and test set by yourself (7: 3) and apply more than 2 different machine learning methods. The programming language is not limited. And the accuracy of the classification results on the test set is required to be above 98%.

Deliverables​

  • Code
  • Documentation of task implementation
  • PPT

After finishing this task, you should put all deliverables into a folder then zip it named "name_2021xxxx_warmup.zip" and send it to your Onboarding Assistant. You need to submit your task 12 hours before the Final Report.
