Team Overview​

The Engineering team at Hyletic is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about technology and its potential to revolutionize the AI industry. We have gathered pioneers and top talents from the AI and technology industries to create a diverse and dynamic team.

Responsibilities​

As an engineer at Hyletic, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining the AI-as-a-Service platform, which includes APIs, SDKs, frameworks, UI design tools, and iframe integration.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI services into existing products.
  • Improving decision-making abilities through the application of decision technologies, risk management, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Enhancing human resource capabilities, including recruitment, training, management, and employee relations.
  • Contributing to the development of financial services, such as financial accounting, budgeting, investment, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Supporting marketing activities, including market research and analysis, product marketing, sales support, customer relationship management, digital marketing, marketing communications, data analysis, budget management, and innovation and development.
  • Driving sales efforts by formulating sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market analysis and research, managing sales channels, formulating price strategies, providing sales training and management, offering after-sales service and support, and collecting and reporting sales data.
  • Managing hardware and manufacturing operations, including production management, supply chain management, quality control, process optimization, equipment management, human resources management, cost management, safety and compliance, customer service, and strategic planning.
  • Contributing to research and development efforts, including market research, technical research, product design and development, technological innovation, intellectual property management, cross-departmental collaboration, cost control, and technical support.

Skills and Qualifications​

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools.
  • Experience in AI development and implementation, including AI-as-a-Service platforms, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience in the AI, technology, or related industries is a plus.

During the onboarding process, you will be introduced to the Engineering team and provided with the necessary resources and tools to perform your role effectively.
