Product Manager

Role Overview​

As a Product Manager at Hyletic, you will be responsible for driving the success of our AI products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Your main objective will be to deliver innovative and user-centric AI solutions that align with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities​

  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the product vision and strategy. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Use insights to develop and prioritize product features and enhancements.

  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer requirements, and market trends. Prioritize features and projects based on strategic value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather and document product requirements. Translate customer needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product specifications, user interfaces, and user experiences. Provide guidance and support throughout the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

  • Product Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product releases and feature enhancements. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

  • Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization and innovation.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on product initiatives. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals.

Qualifications​

  • Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry. Experience with AI-as-a-Service products and platforms is a plus.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and data analytics. Familiarity with AI development tools, APIs, and frameworks is desirable.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

  • User-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and impactful product features.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development processes. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
