Product Marketing Specialist
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, resource requirements, and progress against plan, maintaining weekly status report Manage complex problems Responsible for the platform content management, creation. Deliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to teams Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet milestones. Define the product marketing communication objectives and assist with developing marketing materials Develop and execute in-depth plans for the product roll-outs, including qualifying questions, elevator pitches, product training & certifications, and client-facing marketing material.
Communication and Event Manager
Assists in the communications, outreach, organizing, planning, and execution of all events (both virtual in the time of COVID and in-person once it is safe to start resuming in-person) including users event, product promoting event, or game/3D topic events. Save the Date, invitation & program guides, promotional and event videos, and social media and ad campaigns
Help create and implement a video-shooting schedule, filming/conducting interviews, b-roll, event footage, and editing (when we resume in-person). Collaboration in developing social media campaigns and toolkits. Facilitate drafting and designing collateral materials.
Track key metrics from all events to packaging into post-event reports for key funders. Ability to multi-task & provide general support to all office functions and tasks as needed
Achieve viral growth of users through event planning across different platforms: in APP, social media, in-person events
Vertical community promotion activities to prepare the content needed for the activity

Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist
Creating and administering content on all social media platforms, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. Monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments and oversee creative design. Understands the targeted audience for each social channel.
Create content that resonates with the interests of the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each channel. Must understand social media metrics and can use the information to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals. Developing strategy, community management, creative directing, copywriting, customer service, and analyzing data.
Community Growth Manager
Together with the digital marketing manager, build out and execute on the community vision to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community environment for our products' users
Design and execute community awareness and engagement strategies, fostering a global community through outreach programs
Define programs (scope, tactics, goals, schedule, etc.) to drive growth, successfully achieve milestones, manage issues, and mitigate risk. Develop customer empathy and an understanding of incident response teams' needs, sourcing new relationships and fostering deeper ties with existing ones
Organize virtual and in-person community events (meetups, hackathons, workshops, trainings, etc.) and drive awareness and attendance for the events. Evangelize in person and online at scale, telling the Hyletic story to encourage user growth. Take a data-driven approach to community building, including how to measure the health and success of the community and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as social media stats, web traffic analysis, community contributions, and more to stakeholders
Data Analyst
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Structure large data sets to find patterns and actionable insights.
Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data. Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

3D Generalist
Participate with a creative team in asset development
Develop content from concept art to 3D models, Analyze polygon requirements and optimize for platforms
Rig objects for animations and executes animations for asset pipelines
Work mainly on Unity, Develop with VR equipment
Responsible for the design and production of characters and scenes in 3D games and other related content, handle several projects at a time
Build Hyletic's unique 3D character. Creating exclusive scenes and characters
Graphic Designer
Plan, produce and help provide creative direction for a range of social channels, digital marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other marketing initiatives. Design and create on-brand, cohesive, and effective creative assets needed to support marketing plans
Work closely with the Product team and Product Marketing team from start to finish on creative projects and project management. Ensure the highest quality of creative output.
Manage creative request workflow by prioritizing projects
Submit creative deliverables within the agreed-upon deadline
